This Privacy Policy explains how Lashes by Reb ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the FACIAL.SCAN app and website (the "Service"). We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the Service, and we don't sell your data.
The scanner uses your device camera or a photo you upload to measure facial features. Camera access is only used while you are actively scanning. Photos and scans you save are stored so you can revisit them in the client's record; photos you don't save are not retained by us.
We use information to provide the Service — creating scans and design suggestions, storing your client records, running your subscription, sending you important account or training updates, and keeping the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information or your clients' information.
Your data is stored with trusted service providers who host our database and process payments and email on our behalf, under agreements to protect it. We share information only as needed to run the Service, or if required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Because you upload photos and information about your own clients, you are responsible for having their permission to store and use it. Please only upload client images you have the right to use.
You can update or delete client records within the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time (see our Terms of Service). To access, correct, or delete your account data, email us at info@lashesbyreb.shop and we'll help.
FACIAL.SCAN is a professional tool for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the current policy.
